We’ve had a couple of stops in Ohio. One place we really enjoyed was the National Museum of the United States Air Force. You can read my blog post about it here. We had a great time, and if we were in the area, we’d stop again. Plus, it’s absolutely free!
Our other great adventure happened at the Columbus Zoo in Columbus. It was one of our favorite zoos, and the animals were really playful when we were there.
We stayed a night near Columbus in a suburb. We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Dublin, Ohio. We had a nice swim in the indoor pool that evening, and it was just a short drive to the zoo the next morning. There was a mall nearby, and there were some familiar eating options. The breakfast that morning was really good, too. We recommend this hotel.
