I recently took a short three-day trip that included a stay in a historic hotel built in 1886, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to try out some travel accessories and review them. Here are three travel accessories that I loved, and I know you’ll love them, too!
Disclosure: I received free products from Chester, Beauty and the Box, and Doctor Plotka’s Mouthwatchers. As always, all opinions are honest and my own.
Chester Carry-On Luggage
I’m just going to come right out and say it–this is my favorite piece of luggage I’ve ever used! This carry-on bag by Chester has some really great features, and I love that it comes in pink. It’s super lightweight, which comes in really handy when you’re climbing stairs in a historic hotel. The outer shell is hard, so I feel like my items inside are safe from damage. It also has a TSA-approved combination lock for added security.
When the carry-on luggage arrived, it came in this dust cover. Inside, the interior is lined and has several pockets to help keep everything organized, which is so essential when you’re traveling.
Each side is compartmentalized so that you can keep things separated, like my clothes from my daughter’s. It even has a removable laundry bag!
My favorite part is the way the wheels swivel.
They feel durable, and during my trip, I never had my bag get “stuck” when I was wheeling it, and I had it pretty full. This is going to be my go-to bag. I have another short trip next week, and this is the luggage I’m using. It’s not even really a question in my mind. With a limited 10-year-warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee, you really can’t go wrong. I love this luggage!

The Traveler Deluxe by Beauty and the Box
This next item was so handy for this trip. The is the Traveler Deluxe by Beauty and the Box. As I mentioned before, we were staying in a historic hotel, and as you can see, there was no counter space in the bathroom. It did have a couple of shelves, but when you have more than one person in the room, things can get disorganized quickly. The Traveler Deluxe was nice because I could carry it to the sink when I was getting ready, and then I could carry it to the vanity when I was finished. Everything stayed organized.
This beauty organizer comes in its own bag for easy travel. When you get to your destination, you simply unfold the containers and place them in the tray. The holes allow you to place the containers in the tray securely so they don’t fall over easily, and with multiple holes, you can customize how you want to arrange the tray.
The Traveler Deluxe also comes with a travel mirror that fits inside the bag.
Jeff also gave it a try with his things. As you can see, it’s nice for men, too.
I’ll definitely be taking this on my future trips. I can use all the organization I can get!
Doctor Plotka’s Mouthwatchers Antimicrobial Travel Toothbrush
During our trip, I also gave Doctor Plotka’s Mouthwatchers Antimicrobial Travel Toothbrush a try. I’ve tried similar foldable toothbrushes before, but this one is by far the best I’ve tried.
I love foldable toothbrushes because they save so much space. I carry Kristin’s toiletries in my bag, so things can get tight.
And don’t let the color of the bristles deter you. The color comes from a food-grade silver that naturally eliminates 99.9% of bacteria growth within six hours of use. That’s great when you are packing up and on the go.
The best part about this toothbrush is how well the bristles clean your teeth. The bristles are layered and very thin, so they really get into the nooks and crannies. The shorter bristles also massage the gums to help with bleeding and inflammation. My teeth felt super-clean after I brushed with this toothbrush. In fact, I plan to get a standard one to use at home when I’m not traveling!
As many of you know, we are on the road a lot, so anything we can find to make our travel a little easier and a little more amazing is always welcome. All of these travel accessories fit this description, and I wouldn’t recommend anything I didn’t love. Give these a try. I know you’ll love them, too!

Very nice. I recently had opportunity to look at the Away luggage. I wonder how those two brands compare side by side?
